Vanessa, would you do me a favor sometime? Go have a REAL Ensalata Caprese for me. Since it is impossible here in the states and I am unable to make it back there to have one myself. I have been craving one everyday for the past week.

Yeh, I will have a Ensalata Caprese this weekend for you after my first cyclocross race here. Will be using my MTB until my low end Merida gets in next week.
