Here comes the sun

Spring is in full swing here and although I am welcoming the warm temps and longer days, I am totally despising it. Why you may ask......?? Well, click here and find out. I guess we have to take the good with the bad. Right? This problem has been an issue for as long as I can remember, all the way back to my childhood. I sometimes feel like I need one of these.
Today was totally beautiful but Saturday was a different story. My boss and I drove down to Albuquerque for a car show. On the way down, we went through some serious snow showers. Luckily, they didn't last to long and eventually turned into rain. I took a far amount of pictures; to many to post them all on here. There were some real beauties every time you turned around. I sure would have loved to been alive back in the day when the streets were full of them. Click here, if you would like to partake in the pleasure I had. Hope things are brightening up in your lives, just as spring is brightening up the world. Talk to you again soon.

100

This is the hundredth time I have posted something for you guys to read. I know there are a few regular visitors and I appreciate you stopping in. There may be those who visit that remain silent thru it all. If that is the case, I hope that you enjoy what you read and continue to return.

I wish that I had some spectacular news to share or juicy gossip to spill but I don't. All I can say is that I hope your week is moving right along and you have become accustomed to the time change. By the way, How's the weather?

I do not know her but I have to send well wishes to Lizzy. I hope she doesn't mind me sharing but she is an inspiration to me.

Take a little trip

Well took a little trip up north this weekend to Denver. It sure was nice to get away, even though it did not last long. Oh well you have to take the bad with the good. I was pleased to get to see my uncle, aunt and 2 cousins. Family is a wonderful thing in life, especially when you can have dinner at places like this with them. Other than a flat tire early into the journey, all was an enjoyment. I don't have much more, so take a peek at these pictures and enjoy.

This was one crazy shaped cloud! Kinda looked how you might picture a UFO.
Had a no smoking room but still don't understand why you would have an ashtray with a no smoking sign on it inside the room....
A few shots of 2 different snow shed tunnelsFinished off the trip by stopping at this wonderful places Pagosa location. Mmmm it sure was good. If you have the chance to stop, Don't pass it up! I sure enjoyed the Southwest Turkey Club.
