Good Bye Friend

Princess Leia was having health problems and there was no hope of her overcoming them. So much to our dismay we had to put her down. She will be and is already greatly missed. Even though it's for the best, it is still hard to accept. Thanks to her for all the joy and happiness that she brought into our lives. R.I.P.

What a waste

I am continuing to fall into a slump and do not have any motivation to do anything about it. I am constantly thinking of things on how to better spend my time. However thoughts is all they are. I need to pull myself out of this pitiful daily routine I have going on.

I miss my friends from the military and all the fun we used to have. I am constantly looking at and missing things of the past. It has become a serious sorry excuse for not getting a grip on things and moving forward. I am 27 years old, single and have no real responsibility in this world. So why am I constantly sitting on my butt and letting day after day slip away like it's nothing?

If anybody out there still stops by here, I would appreciate any words no matter what nature they are of.

Can't say it any better

Never make someone your priority, when to them you are only an option.

Clock out

The clock on the right finally was not cutting it, even with new batteries in it. It had been going strong since I puchased it upon my arrival in Italy on March 13, 2002. I picked up the one on the left last night and I am hoping that it is only half as brave as the previous one was. I had meant to put it to the test this morning but you have to turn the ALARM on in order for it to benefit you! Oh well, I still managed to wake up on my own and hope tomorrow is a different story....

Uhhh

First off I have to send my condolences to my Linzo and her family with the passing of her grandmother.

I would like to think that I am making a difference by putting words here but I don't get that impression when I sit back and take it in. The J and I are no longer an item and although I may be down a little, I am happy and look towards the future. On another note I managed to thoroughly piss the Princess off enough, where she said hit the road and don't look back. It has been hard to accept but I am moving through it.

Shawn is putting out some serious watts and gearing up for his upcoming season. I wish him all the luck for this coming season and his attempt to shatter the standing Fiesta Island TT record. Mary is gearing up for a new year in her life coming in 2 weeks from yesterday. She is planning on taking her troop on a camping trip when things get nicer out that way. Although it is way too late to do anything about, she also has found out that her medical bills should have been take care of when she busted up her leg. At least if something were to happen to one of her own she knows how to handle business now.

I hope that Tessa enjoyed celebrating Setsubun and that her roasted soy beans were appetizing. I often envy her, not because she is in Japan but that she is in a different country and living a whole other life not found here in the states. I sure do miss my home and time in Italy and my life there. I also came across this other blogger and the battle she is fighting. Thanks again for stopping in and hope that you keep coming back. I leave you with some of that wonderful white stuff that made it's way into town last week along with the storm.

Headed back to work after lunch at the casa.
This was ten minutes after returning to work from lunch. It dumped fast and furious.
The following morning....It sure was a cold one!
